I forget who posted it, but to file a 10-K costs a BOAT load of money and time. It's tens of thousands to get the report audited, and some outrageous fee just to file each page of the report with the SEC. AIVtech management is too smart. Guo is going to seal the deal on these new developments, then make his money back on the American exchange wink
