PacI: My take on that statement by Jwez is that news, whenever it may come, will be both positive and impressive.
[There have been several stocks I have wanted to pursue recently but it would mean liquidating a significant percentage of my Tivus holdings and at the end of the day, my hunch is that this one will be paying off handsomely when it does..enough so that selling would be unwise in my view.]

If I may join in the speculation for just a moment, if I am to understand that SP likes to get ducks in a row prior to releasing news, then the current state of affairs is likely that there are many ducks to line up with new ducks joining the line before the other ducks are ready to swim.

Imagine being a very small company and trying to impress an ever-increasing barrage of "A-list" interest without looking overwhelmed or vulnerable. This could be a very exciting, but fragile time for Tivus.
Bear in mind how small Tivus is right now and it is already running the DT installation in Nebraska, the Marriott in Philadelphia, plus -presumably- a third and maybe fourth installation in anywhere from NYC to LV while providing tech support for these clients AND providing ad content for all of them, managing accounts rec. and pay.,and, oh ya, you have a wife and kids you used to stop in to see back in the old days.

If the future is looking bright as SP may well think his is, then taking the right steps at the right time along the way are crucial.

I have been supportive of SP despite his awful track record of communication because the things we DO get to know about look like a company that is up, running and is likely growing faster than
SP can sit down ten minutes to write to the shareholders to bring us up to speed.

For the return I expect, holding steady is warranted at this point.

If Tivus makes it to a penny, My Federation 401(k) will be worth more than 6 billion Quatloos ( at current rates). For that, I may even get a tramp stamp of the Enterprise with the shuttle on the left glute/max.

Spock Out.
