I had asked WL in a telephone call to him in early April specifically if MMTE was envolved in any lawsuits at that time and he said no. So, as some have said here, it has to be between WL, personally, and the other party. It is just disturbing that this has to take away some devoted time from his concentration on MMTE. Oh, it is never easy starting up a company and maintaining a focus on the road ahead. Lets stand behind WL and let him know that we sometimes get impatient but that we are all a company family through thick and thin.
