Was the competitor's NI 43-101 completed for one of the northern areas in the Maricunga or down south near the lagoon where MMTE's concessions are located?

I noticed on one of the satellite images that MMTE seems to have alot of land outside the boundaries of the Salar Maricunga. Do you think that is for building evaporation ponds or other facilities?
