These are called 'Facts' one stock...

We are involved in another lawsuit, personally I want to know the facts regarding my investment and I assure you I can handle the good with the bad, if you can't, that's fine too.

As far as selling my shares and getting out, I am looking forward to doing that post haste and I will do that when and if MMTE makes a profitable move.
