I posted a while back that I had placed an order for Soft Paws kitty litter, the site did not update the status of my order for two weeks so I emailed the company (twice) to inquire about the delivery of my order. Much to my pleasure I recieved a personal email from Tim Algier.
As it turns out the order was delivered in a timely fashion (inside of 7 days) only my account wasn't updated online and the person I shipped to forgot to tell me the order had arrived (Jury is still out on the product, waiting for feedback).
Thus far the only issue is with the account not being updated which I take to have been an oversight or a bug that needs to be worked out and I am confident it will be after receiving the email from Tim Algier. In particular because he sent that email in the midst of the many things ongoing as evidenced by the Moneytv interview, which I enjoyed.
Regarding the interview I thought he seemed a bit squeemish or embarassed when it came to talking about the kitty litter, I wish he had spoken with greater authority and pride about that part of his business. He also made a reference to women having the interest in the litter...he should have kept it gender neutral and referred to the inquiries as potential customers...I am a male and I have a great interest in that product.
I was very intrigued by the interview, I tried to see if there was a place to view the number of times the video had been viewed...that would be nice to see from an investors point of view. Anyone know if that is possible?
Over all many things going on it seems, I didn't think any of it was fluff or contrived. The interview was very believable especially after he talked about shipping empty containers full of product...I got a chuckle out of that.
I may actually consider buying more shares in the near future.
Just my thoughts.
