Id have to look back at what the prs were, theres a large section of the market that plays off the hype of prs and the p&d. In this sense a series of high hype/development prs can artificially pump the price up to above where it would be naturally, its like hitting a beach ball, every pr hits the ball higher but you cant stop gravity from bringing it down
