I can't speak for Janice, but I can point out a few glaring omissions/inaccuracies from your post:

1) APS (and those modeled in the same fashion) is constantly on the run (moving servers, hiding behind offshore entities, constantly adding and resting promotional domains, etc) because they know regulators are trying to figure out exactly how to shut them down.

2) The model you're talking about with a "3rd party" is one where you left the 3rd party out. When people talk about a 3rd party, they mean someone outside the company and outside the promoter, is paying the promoter to promote, without the consent of the company. They do this because they own a ton of the shares and want to drive the PPS, with or without the company's complicity. But often, the company is of course complicit and this "3rd party" is deep inside. DUH.

3) The money being raised is not intended to support a real company, just to enrich the orchestrators.

4) APS is not just paid to promote these worthless stocks for a quick awareness run. They are front-loaded and fully coordinated with the sham company's efforts to extract as much money from suckers who think the MOMO has just a little bit longer to go.

5) APS is also not the ultimate puppetmaster behind this crap. They are just one of many tools of what amounts to organized crime in these investment scams.

So congrats on this awesome play, kids!

Of course this post is my opinion. Every post by anyone is an opinion. I'm not writing a white paper on scams… in this post, anyway...
