Madcat. How right you are. This is getting more difficult every moment. I live right here in Fort Myers and have no idea on a date for the shareholders meeting. I also cannot get a reoply even though I identified myself and that I attended last year's meeting. What are they hiding? Quiet Period? How long can a quiet period be.Is that just an excuse.

What ever happened to the " First dividend ever" from NEOM.The Press Release was dated October 26, 2004 for a dividend in shares of I-Point-Media Ltd. of Tel Aviv.

Last year we were notified by mail on September 10, 2004 for a meeting to be held at the corporate offices on October 29th, 2004. The Corporate offices are at 2201 Second Street here in downtown Fort Myers. Shucks they even gave us a copy of the 10-QSB for the period ended June 30,2004.

Starting to wonder about a lot of pump and Tobey Smith coming on board. Did he buy his shares before the PR re NEOM and then keep pumping to get the PPS up there and " a buy under 50 cents" then a buy " under 75 cents" and then the selling began by who knows who.

Am I a basher. No!!!! I have been in NEOM for a long time, back to when they would talk to people and not just a telephone with a lot of connections to extensions. They also called people back then. I am still long and have NEVER been short a stock in my long life. Truthfully. I don't like the way management is hiding behind the security blanket of a
" QUIET PERIOD"
