I think they will still file, won't matter. Obscure FINRA rule 6530 says if a stock get's three E's on their stock ticker for late filings in a 2 year period....even if you file before the 30 days is up you still get delisted for 12 months. ASYI just got their 3rd E on their ticker in the last 14 months. I don't think the ASYi people even know yet. They'll spend the money for the 10k and then get delisted. They'll be shocked. But there's no wiggle room there.
