yes, day 3 seems tough most of the time lately on the new momentum moves. not always, but more often than not.

by summer you're lucky to get a day 2 on momentum.

but it really is a function of volume.

and volume clearly dropped off today. 248k vs 800k+ yesterday
not only here, but volume dropped on the entire market.

this one popped on its first day when the dow was zooming +200 and the upside volume was everywhere... and I'm old enough to notice that the big boards actually do influence volume on the little ones too.
