Interesting, so they were in fact chilled due to the bad TA National Stock Transfer, did a name change, which will not show up on the DTCC Notice system due to the fact the CUSIP was removed until a new TA was found. So I suppose they found a new TA although the OTC does not show one disclosed on the company info tab.
