And I also agree with you regarding the issue of advertising. If and when it becomes applicable, it will be a key component, but the product can't be advertised if it's not ready for distribution. That's just obvious. It's simply not the kind of product that can be advertised through advance-promotion campaigns (i.e. it's not a new model of car, etc.). In other words, demand won't be created by pre-touting it; demand can, and will, only be generated once supply is ready to meet it. After all - who would want to wait a month or more in order to be ready in five minutes?!
So I'm with you, Figs. The product is on its way, I believe, but we won't see any advertisements for a while yet. And like you, I'm not about to declare anything false that I don't know for sure, but neither am I going to pump it as being absolutely true. In fact anyone who has read my most recent posts will have seen that I'm intent on taking whatever action I can to be part of the solution, rather than part (or a victim) of the problem.
Still hopeful, but not willing to just sit around...
