Matin is using the Millions of cash on hand for more acquisitions. Auditors have audited the Bangladesh operations as well as the North American operations and currently we are trading at less than book value.

Veltex-Explorer is on track to make over 2 million of $0.20 EPS by next year. Add in everything else, and I think VLXC will trade for $5.00 by next year IMHO!!
