IF/WHEN the SEC APPROVES and...

No more incentive to buy KATX.

Smart money will wait until after the SEC reviews the S-1 and the 10-K submission by Kat Gold Holdings.

Then once the new shares hit the float...

SMART MONEY will WAIT until after the sell off.
