Let me add this email response received from the pinksheets.com to clarify your misstatement once and for all.

Alternative Reporting Standard refers to a company following our Guidelines for Current Information (http://www.otcmarkets.com/content/doc/DisclosureGuidelines.pdf) instead of filing with the SEC. It looks like the financials were at some point audited by an independent auditor but I am not sure this is still the case, we will need to look into it.
