GOOD MORNING AMERICA!.... woke up late and had been quite busy this morning until now,
then I read your post and as you put it, it is "a bit arrogant" but I take no offense since
I give you credit for pursuing something I wish to have found before, as I searched those
names you provided a while back with no results whatsoever.
"Mikey", you are back on the same horse that dropped you a few miles ago, yet I heed what
you are saying and wish to find truth in it, however after making contact with KENSINGTON CAPITAL,
BARON CAPITAL, A & F INVESTMENTS, I found that;
1. Some will accept "PINK" under .10 cents,
2. Others accept either Stock Certificate or Electronic Transfers via the Transfer Agent,
3. Some will not touch a Sub-Penny,
4. However, All will not touch PENNY-PINK-under CE period!
The main issue here is not Penny, Pink, or under .10 cents, electronic vs. Certificate,
the general concensus among the brokers is NOTHING UNDER THE "CE" BANNER,. . . PERIOD.
"Mikey", take no offense since I do appreciate the fact that you "PRESS ON" specially
after "Risk" has gone over this topic diligently.
Please know that I and my "friends" would rejoice, should you find such broker to handle
stock under CE, but then again hopefully we may not have such need, providing SNEY
can get all the filings done, CE lifted and then in that case, I would love to buy the
first round of Margaritas for the "Gang", you included, and who knows,. . . . . .. .
we may become friends after all.
