There a a ACT that was wriiten, called the Securities Act and any public company, ANY company given the status of the so called PUBLIC Company is required to follow the rules, ask the FBI they arrest people behind pinks just as they arrest people behind NY company's for breaking the rules in the SEC, this is what I meant
