Did you read the Annual Report filed yesterday? This may seem trivial but I couldn't help but notice MPIX's office lease in Orlando. They're paying something like $397/month for it and the lease agreement is "month to month" Now I own real estate assets and I wouldn't submit a month to month lease agreement unless I was desperate for a tenant, and the potential tenant had terrible credit. It also makes me wonder that at $397/month, can the office be much more than a broom closet?
