As you can see from this chart, the intention to acquire DDAC was announced on the 12th. RSRS traded 500,000 shares that day, and has now traded nearly 6.8 million shares in 5 trading days.
RSRS has traded from $0.85 to $1.32 and could be just getting started.
The chart of RSRS looks so sexy at this stage, we recommend looking into it immediately, but the lack of information about RSRS leads us to suggest a tighter stop loss than normal.
If RSRS trades below $1.00, you’re on your own. However, if this volume continues and the stock continues to look this good technically, you might just find yourself notching a $.50 to $.75 gain against the possibility of a $.15 loss.
