As far as I know they finished the conversion recenty. This is simple an option outlined for months from now. It's not like they';re dumping or dilluting anytime soon, and the filing confirms it's roughy 180 million as well. WHY would they put the option to vote FOR abandoning the R/S?? I THINK because of their VRNG share value, and from what I read they recommended FOR abandoning the plan. ALL IN MY OPINION of course.
