You will see a better bang for the buck when the deal is finalized. Cbis is trying to be as transparant as possible with everyone and i think they have been doing a great job of that. So in answer to your question as to why we didn't do better than 8% on that news imo is because it still needs to be finalized.What do you think the pps will be at if that deal gets done and they are treating people within 1 or 2 months of the deal finalizing. I am just curious that's all.
