As of the release of the 10=K the Dr. is still in at a 11% and some change after YA's dilution ifI remember correctly, which means that his average price still significantly higher than the current PPS. As long as i'm below his price I'm confident that this play will pay off.

Any idea if we'll be seeing an update on his holdings any time soon? How often is he required to submit documentation? Or is this only required if his holdings significantly change (increase)?
