It is very possible that FASC may be caught up in a multi-day scam of paid "professional promoters". I know of no way to educate you on this other than for you to see what has been going on by visiting the Ihub WTFS board and viewing activity since about 4/15. Two posters and myself are savvy on this, but others have been "taken to the cleaners".

What it amounts to is a whole series of coordinated promoters (paid hypsters)are lined up one after the other to promote the stock--so that it gets promoted with a 3-day blitz. Stock can move--as in WTFS's situation from about .05 to .125. Everyone thinks "we are off to the moon". Then the bottom falls out, as the shysters unload their positions into the artificially inflated prices.

In the case of WTFS this has taken the cooperation with corrupt company insiders which is not true or possible with FASC. Also, it would be difficult for the "promoters" to load up with the limited supply of stock here now. But a modified form of this scam is possible. Penny Stock Circle participates.
