I have been in a construction related field most of my 30 years of working life. In 2000 I sold a privately held manufacturing company to a public one.(We sold building components to large Building contractors and wholesalers) From my experience most contractors (good ones at least) make around a 30 percent gross net prior to taxes. At 7 million in sales that is 2.1 million dollars a year prior to taxes. In our case we sold our company for around 5 times annual earnings. Keep in mind we had buildings, manufacturing equipment etc. More then what a construction company would have. Still I would think that EVDR should get a minimum of three and a half times earnings. So I think the sale should be anywhere from 6.5 to 9 million. JMO[img][/img]
