It did state that Brian Riley was taking over. Now if that is temporarily until someone else is appointed was not stated. The concept of what the reformer does would be a game changed. Turning a concept into a real functional and manufacturable device is difficult. Not impossible.

What many don't see is that ultrasonic waves are used for various applications. It would take a huge amount of research to find the right wavelength (kHz-MHz) under just the right conditions to weaken the molecular bond of a fuel molecule to make it burn more efficient. Technically the theory behind using water as a fuel is the same concept. Find the right wavelength to break the bond to release the hydrogen atom and Bam! Sounds easy but doing it has proven much harder.

Just like many have stated " even if they do change the molecular bond. What keeps it from changing right back after it leaves the reformer?" . Good question. I am guessing that this would be confidential information. Who knows some day maybe.
