Come on now, I am not turning negative but even a 6 year old could understand if something has to be done in 15 days or less, much less a doctor. They filed the 'gonna be late' form, they know good and well when the filings have to be submitted by.

I might buy into that there is something they are waiting on or the lawyers are running behind, but I do not buy the management team does not understand when the filings have to be done.
