Standard Financial Corp. owns Standard Bank (the Bank), a Pennsylvania-chartered savings bank. The Company’s business consists primarily of accepting deposits from the general public and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations and borrowings, in commercial real estate loans, one- to four-family residential mortgage loans, home equity loans and lines of credit commercial business loans and investment securities. It also originates construction loans and consumer loans. The Company offers a variety of deposit accounts, including savings accounts, certificates of deposit, money market accounts, commercial and regular checking accounts and individual retirement accounts. The Company conducts its operations from its 10 branch offices, (nine of which are full-service) located in the Pennsylvania counties of Allegheny, Westmoreland and Bedford and Allegany County, Maryland.
