"Risk", the possibility exists that there is no designation for said shares,
and the Transfer Agent has no choice but to show them as "on the float" while in reality
are in "LIMBO" since they cannot be traded/placed with a broker in the open market,
nor are they really Float shares either.

TA can answer that as you pointed out.
