Don't have a clue about them, but their website was interesting.

Tiger Capital provides Investor Relations and Corporate Finance services for a diverse number of small-cap companies whose shares trade in the United States and Canada. Typically, Tiger Capital invests in each of the companies it represents, in amounts determined on a case-by-case basis up to USD $1,000,000.

I tried looking up when other firms signed up with them and to see if they really did some buying, but haven't found one yet.
