If YOU read the filing you would see that it shows that she owned 7,750,000 prior to the offering and would have 3,450,000 after selling 300,000 in the offering.
The prospectus was dated in April 2009.
It says that she was terminated in October of 2008.
Apparently JB waited until the offering to take back 4,000,000 shares that she had previously been issued, justifiably or not depriving her of the right to sell them in the offering.
In any event, since the offering was pulled, she would have owned 3,750,000 after the revocation.
For all you know she still has them.
