Codie - I guess I need to be more careful with my language so as NOT to imply fact.
I do KNOW that I saw with my own eyes all the Energel Packs on the ground following the NYC Half Marathon. I do NOT know if the were technically listed and to what extent, but it wasn't just a few runners who stopped by the store on the way to the race.
As far as Olympics....it was more of a thought of possibility, based on the idea that haven't been PRing useless info as well as it would be a great fit for them to increase their GLOBAL brand. Not only because of the exposure, but also a legal supplement advantage that is safe, and Olympic athletes aren't the highest paid either....could be a very inexpensive way to gain a huge amount of exposure.
Lastly my intention is NOT to pump, but to calm people when everything seems to get emotional on this board....which I have at time to time contributed.
Your team of regulars that have been here before I have been very helpful with your post and have allowed me to verify the DD that exist here.
I am also a little more optimistic about the future of this company than many as I have been running my own business for the last 8 years and with the economy I have learned from my own trials and tribulations as well.
I can NOT imagine the cost of building the Brand that they have to date. And for that alone it is hard for me to dispute their actions to date as well....in the end we will all know the truth and it will all be hindsight.
Hopefully these comments wont keep me from being included in pertinent information that is shared here.
