In digging deeper you'll also find that the A/S increase was cancelled and the company continues to operate at 460M authorized. I love how people come over believing that a sub penny stock is being touted as having "no flaws". Im gonna go out on a limb here and say that ALL sub penny stocks have flaws... Else they wouldn't be sub pennies!

Hopefully you dig deep enough to hit copper.
