My Final Thoughts: If Ed knew about the VOD agreement and the movie being delayed on or about April 11, 2012, and he consealed that information from the shareholders, I believe there is probable cause for a Wells Notice. And his biggest problem is, to date, he still has not disseminated this critical information to the shareholders. In my opinion, there is probable cause for the issuance of the Wells Notice on that ground alone.
