No matter the action, I am really really happy with the PR today. To me, whether they are listening to the board or Bluher (and I really don't care), they are listening.

1. A review of executive compensation... one of the MAJOR problems here is that these guys were bleeding money. That they are submitting to this is HUGE IMO

2. A five member board... with three independent members. Does this mean we are going to get some new faces in the mix. One thing they ARE good at is schmoozing. Perhaps we might see some huge star power in these independent spots? It would not surprise me at all. If we could get some key UFC, MLB or NFL big dogs on this board.... weeeeeeee. ;)

3. WHO ARE THESE STORES? GNC (over 6k stores), Walmart (750), Rite aid (4600), cvs 550, Walgreens (8290) - PErsonally Walgreens and Walmart sound the most awesome to me.

4. Still alot of crap sandwich here, but we are seeing droplets of responsibility forming. Hiring the right people to get them on the right track
