If this company is a Fraud how come it is still functioning? I would assume that the people who believe this is a scam has made many attempts at notifying the SEC. If you havent done so, It would be beneficial to actually contact the SEC directly and "whistle blow" on the allegations you might have. And if you have, more than 5 years have past and there is still no action taken by the SEC. There are only two reasons for this..

1) Dean is not scamming people.

or

2) The SEC has not been informed.
