That's a reference to an old American comedy move "The Producers".
Bialystock was a stage producer who wasn't very good at his job, and he needed money. So, for his next stage production he sold about 20,000% worth of shares to various investors. He figures, I'll make it so bad that the play will resoundingly flop and make no money, so everything that was invested is his to keep, right?
Unfortunately it did not go as planned =D
But back to my original point, what if it happens that just among us, together we have 200 million shares, yet only 87 million are in the float?
Someone will suffer.......and it ain't us ;)
