Agreed, the gamblers don't come around until $0.005 range on a billion shares...then the guys in Vegas put their kids in the pit with a $25,000.00 account and some new warm body from Calcutta or Ireland's SSN attached to the tax-ID and FEIN...the SEC is only profiling folks from certain areas and doesn't look for the Eskimo or guy at Easter Island to be committing fraud... I mean no one does anything bad on Easter Island.... Maybe the real culprits are in Unkarooompa Papau New Guinia..... but that doens't sound nearly as evil or scary as "Africanized Day Traders", or "White Supremist Debenture"
