theelectrician.....I really like your idea of having 5 million loaded waiting for the next PR to hit, these are definately the prices to BUY at or you could chase it and wish you were in Strongly like most here...We could see some really nice gains if everything falls into place, as it SHOULD....AFPW is the REAL DEAL...IMO....
