even if it isnt until quarter 2 now is the time to load up! Everyone said if this went back into the .01s and subpenny they would be loading up.. i'd like to see how many people stick to it.. I am loading up too.. will be buying on the down trend.. as the old saying goes.. Be greedy when others are fearful :)
