TEVED $6.58 bid..Since the 5 millon is to be exchanged for furure shares if converted at $6.58 he would bring his shares up to 97.65% and for all pratical puposes TEVED would be a private company.. If that were the case I don't see Sarbaines complience being paid for any longer or he could buy shares at $500.00 like somesuggested and the Market Value of TEVED would be just a tad larger than GE or GM or Chevron.. Ain't going to happen but the share exchange will. I just pulled my bid because I realize that no one will buy the shares from me just in case I buy them.. Changing my bid to $0.06528 hank
