I hold both. I bought HBRM on the news of the buyout. I got in at .0015. Wish I had bailed at .02 but my luck, the buyout would have come right after that...LOL I've written a few e-mails to Agnes at HBRM and she has replied and is a straight shooter. We will see what is what in time.

Isn't the 10-K due out today or tomorrow here?
