Is this meaning that HHSE can start the production of T3K ?

Hannover House CEO Eric Parkinson owns Animation Rights to the Terminator Franchise. He negotiated these rights when he left Hemdale Communications, the Distributor of the original Terminator Franchise.

Eric is just protecting his property which could could be worth Millions and Millions. He did this by Filing copyright PAu 3-599-599.

Hannover House is all set and ready to go with "Terminator 3000". However, they do need the permission from Annapurna Pictures, who owns the overall Terminator Franchise Rights. Even though Eric (Hannover House) owns Animation Rights to Terminator, they still need the OK from Annapurna Pictures because they own overall Terminator Franchise rights.

So we wait. "Terminator 3000" is in Annapurna Pictures hands. However, Hannover House CEO Eric "DealMaker" Parkinson is working on it.
