Master trader and M1999 seem to be knowledgeable here...

New to the board but not to trading, my question, what caused the huge drop in pps for SAPX from 4 dollars, was there a split? dilution?

0.14 seems a steal here.....whats everyone else missing?

Why are they not buying, makes me nervous.
