Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CWRN) announced today that a major Chinese steel mill has offered a contract for year 2010, 14 shipments of 52,000 dry metric tons each, loading out of the Pacific Ocean Port of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, beginning by the end of January 2010.
