Hello All
The Housing boom in ND. now, which is a direct result of the oil boom now, has led me to this company. Dynaventure I discovered over a year ago in my researching. Now I was impressed about the company then and decided with my trips to ND I would try and secure a load with them. Mid summer I was able to get lucky and pick up a set of there sip wall units in southern GA.
The way I saw it then in otcbb seeing the projects would be believing.
Well I was right and the people I met and worked with all were more excited then I was. Of Course, they were on the front line of a major housing business boom from day one.
The populations of most of the cities from Minot west, had a doubled by then.
Oil had brought more people then places to stay. We were transporting portable rentals units by the hundreds and everywhere I looked in any town they were adding more.
This has allowed this company to triple there revenues in there second year to over 13 million and still growing.
What is great is they are not only building equity in selling new houses while at the same time growing rental units for continued growth of revenues as they build.
This is just the start and they are adding more one whole neighborhood at a time.
By using sip units this allows then to build and open units very quickly.
As of now they have projects going or set to go in at least five major cities in North Dakotas oil boom region right now and adding.
The timing is right now to get in early as this year is see them over thirty million in assets and growing even larger.
Take the time to read the website and further your research on all that is growing in North Dakota.
Many new large companies will grow in that region and this is one.

1 The assets to liabilities ratio
This is just the starting year for the new housing boom in ND and it is reflected in first year on assets as well as the liabilities now. Both have grown six fold and I see this as important to new investors. They have taken on debit for long term growth as they build many homes but at the same time have grown the assets for stock holder equity about the same. New debt is OK with me as long as it is spent well on new assets and growth ahead. They have also done this with only five million new shares in the last year and that is strong. This will grow to thirty million in assets from 3.5 million now the next year. I see the liabilities will grow as well but new income will keep that from growing as fast as the assets now. Thought is new houses and apartments are now opening and selling to cover the next growth stage.
I see next years equity to grow to about 1.5 ahead of liabilities.
2 The management handling of the Fins shows strength in managing shareholder value.
The management in a boom climate would have a real hard time to create a problem here and with housing booming in ND I see no problem here for the next five years. I see this over 100 million in assets with debt being less then half that five years out. Thought is profit will be huge the next five year growth in housing during the OIL boom. Now we will need to watch this each quarter but even a bad manager could manage a profit in a boom.
3 Revenues increasing to further future growth
There growth the next year is off the charts and they announced another thirty million dollar project this week.
Every open inch o0f every town from Minot West needs new houses and apartments and they have five projects now and growing. Thought here is Minot, Tioga, Stanley, and the two larger boom towns of Watford City and Wlliston are all short on housing and big on growth today. All the populations have doubled in two years and need to be ready for doubling again the next two years. Mark the spot and it needs new houses. Infrastructure growth is now on the wya with Booms in Construction in two refineries, new highways, new housing and all the retail support following now. Long term I see Williston going from 17,000 people two years ago to over hundred thousand in five years now and that is just one city.
Housing will not slow for ten years now in all of ND confirmed by the need to do another development plan for the state this year.
5 lower float with room to grow and not maxed out
The float is low and not even close to max now but I do not see a need at this point to raise much capital. They have the option ahead of adding some shares but I feel this would be a strategic business decision by management. With the news and the working of all the projests the last three months revenues would take care of the next quarters business with the assets now.

6 Green earnings per share or very near to green now and will be this year
The revenue jump here has been huge from 3.5 million to over 12 million this year and is just starting I see this over thirty million on the next 10k and over 100 million in the next two to three years now.

This is the best part even the short timers could not hold this back today on less then 500l volume. Do not sell this one short as we right now have a fifty cent stock going for .08 to .09. I have bought mine last year here and not sold a one at half today's price. I know from first experience even Wowsers and Shakerz were amazed at this and it will not slow to above the .25 now.. This will be a dollar by summer and two dollars this year. Mark this post as I see the light come on too real investments here.
You can call me a liar all the way to the bank on this call now. Just like the SLMU from .01 to over the dollar the Wave had this year this will do the same. I have told a few last year and they did not Believe so now we make Believers of real research out of them. Skepticism is high on my arrogance of calls and probably hurts some calls but year after year the Wave has changed that skepticism as many now our quiet believers. Lets turn up the volume and be proud of your real research and real investing and throw away the chart for the long term buyers now.
Level 2 was so thin today and as people bought they realized after an hour this is a steroidal monster to quote Shakerz note today. This will set the old school rules of a Tsunami Run like the many we had run 1000% plus once people believed.
Do not sell this short for a quick flip too ealry is all I can say.

A slight pull back and news on the website could add to the movement up. Right timing with news and this is in the twenties range as less then a market cap of a thirty million is low in this High growth company now.
