Herda stated some time ago that he wants to

go to the NAZ, so the books, filings and revenues have to be in order. I think management is trying to convey that message to shareholders with the "no longer a developmental stage company" statement and who knows (seriously) what's next. Devito appears to be putting us on the right financial trac.

A sizable revenue generator or outside investment from any one of our technologies will put serious wind in this companies sails.
