SCAM FOLKS READ WHAT THIS INVESTOR WAS told that my purchase was going to be used to bring the Financials Current and then to Receive our Dividends. I thought I was really helping Roxanna get current and was getting my dividends as well as others were getting theirs. Never got either one!

All the unkept promises were made long after the purchase. But prior to receiving the certs. So it did not matter one way or another as when they were received, they could not be deposited with either Scottrade or Ameritrade. Even though I was told that I would have free trading shares. It took about 8 months to receive the certs.

At one time, if you go way back in time, I was very long on EMXC. But after nothing happening that was promised, I turned sour against this POS.
