All I see is a filed document that was a proposed settlement in May 11 (secure not open)and entered as unfiled in Nov 11 and now the judgement related to the settlement was filed. My guess is there was a settlement and the filed judgement just supports that settlement. Not unusual to do this so you can have recourse if the settlement does not work out. Of course this is only my guess and humble opinion. I am sure this was obvious to others but they prefer to wave it around for their own motives.
