Not sure what to make of this new filing but it's really nothing we did not know or info that was not disclosed. What I did learn was there are more institutions involved with this company. Also this report is very well done and presented. I don't believe this is standard for pink sheet companies. They have been working hard on this material and I don't believe it's just for bgrass's edification.

Really restated investing in stocks , new technology, and OTC stocks can be risky but we knew that.
